Candle-lit slow paced yoga flow with focus on connecting deep breath practice through a sequence of poses that builds up for a final challenge.

 

Expect to practice pranayama, to move the body through a progressive sequence of asanas and to challenge yourself, body and mind, with a different peak pose each class. 

Suitable for advanced yogis and accessible for more beginners as well.  With modifications for all levels.
