A slow, gentle and calming candle-lit class. Poses are held for longer periods of time to allow you to fully connect with your body and mind. 

May sometimes include elements of sound healing. Suitable for all levels.

I look forward to yin yoga at the end of a long day because it lets me turn my mind off and focus on doing something good for myself before I go home and go to bed. Sleep never comes faster than it does on the nights after a yin session and I’m always truly grateful for that.
