Vinyasa 1 is a steady balanced flow. Focuses on synchronising breath and movement in a sequence of acessible yoga poses for all level of practitioners. This class is ideal for anyone looking to build strength, flexibility and focus.

Suitable for beginners in yoga and for more advanced yogis as well. All levels class.

I love the vinyasa 1 class because it’s great for all levels. The teachers always offer harder and easier variations of the poses to accommodate everyone’s current practice. It was my first ever class at flow room and I still get something new from the class over a year later.

Vinyasa 1 is my favorite class at the studio. The slower pace allows me to focus more on the poses and to appreciate the present moment. I always feel so relaxed and energized afterwards!

I really enjoy all the classes! Vinyasa 1 is a great warm up after the weekend and Rocket is really good for strengthening bones and correcting posture. The classes are fun and fruitful!
