How can we find our comfort zone? This 3-hour trauma-sensitive workshop will guide you to regulate your nervous system through breathwork, yin yoga, and sound meditation. This workshop is designed to help you reduce mental and physical stress and achieve balance and relaxation in your body and mind, in a safe and supportive environment.


This workshop includes:


  • Introduction to how all three practices can help regulate your nervous system.

  • Focused exercises to explore and practice each technique.
